The Weight Log is the heart of SubtractTheFat. To get the most benefit from SubtractTheFat, you need to weigh yourself every day and then enter your weight in the Weight Log. If you have a Body Fat Analyzer you can also enter your Body Fat %.

SubtractTheFat uses the information in your Weight Log to calculate your Average Weight, your Body Mass Index (BMI), Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR), and Total Energy Expenditure (TEE).

SubtractTheFat also uses the information in your Weight Log to create your Progress Charts.

Body Mass Index (BMI) Calculator

BMI is a useful measure of overweight and obesity. It is calculated from your height and weight. BMI is an estimate of body fat and a good gauge of your risk for diseases that can occur with more body fat. The higher your BMI, the higher your risk for certain diseases such as heart disease, high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, gallstones, breathing problems, and certain cancers.
